Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, with recipes tested on their trusty nano-kit (pictured), The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some of the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. Now laying roots in the historic brewing town of Lewes in East Sussex, Beak are building a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen.
