A 4% sour beer made with flaked wheat, pilsner malt and lactobacillus before being conditioned over freshly pureed organic raspberries. It’s delicate, crisp, sweet and tart all at once with jammy Beaujolais-like flavours of cherry, blackcurrant and cranberry.

ABOUT THIS BREWERY
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, with recipes tested on our trusty nano-kit (pictured), The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We're now laying roots of our own in the historic brewing town of Lewes in East Sussex, where we're building a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen.
