An ode to our Leeds roots, this DIPA was brewed in collaboration with our old friends at Northern Monk using a combination of Citra, Sabro and El Dorado hops. Hazy, fluffy and silky smooth with mushy, overripe flavours of mango, rum punch and berry pavlova.

ABOUT THIS BREWERY
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, with recipes tested on our trusty nano-kit (pictured), The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We're now laying roots of our own in the historic brewing town of Lewes in East Sussex, where we're building a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen.
