Our latest fruited Gose was brewed with copious amounts of plum, apricot and sweet cherry as a true expression of complex fruit character. Plums and apricot provide electric acidity alongside a gentle richness from the sweet cherry. The addition of salt accentuates the bright fruit notes and provides balance. The resulting beer is full-bodied with a pleasant tartness, bold fruit flavours and a subtle jam-like sweetness.
