Born out of a love of traditional ales, via the lager years and the rise of American craft beer, 3 friends (Adam, Chris and Paul) formed Southbrew Co. on the South Coast of England. Our aim is to brew high quality, limited release, modern craft beers with no compromise on ingredients.

Our beers can be strong, but they are made for savouring and sharing. Our beers can be hazy, but that is because we do not add anything to the beer that should not be there. Our beers are made the way we want them.
