We teamed up with the mighty Põhjala for a very special collaboration project inspired by our proximity to sea - both here in Penryn and over in Põhjala's home, and Estonian capital, Tallinn. We adopted beer styles synonymous with one another, with Põhjala taking on the eponymous NEDIPA, and us turning our hands to the lesser-spotted Baltic Porter.

Boasting a rich and slick mouthfeel, the beer pours an impenetrable shade of black, with a rich mahogany head that bubbles with indulgent aromas of dark chocolate and fresh coffee at the surface. Bright flavours of bramble berries and sour cherries follow before crashing against those rich cocoa notes. Finally a robust bitter finish revives the palate like cold sea spray splashing against your face... you can almost hear the gulls as you wash back ashore. A beer perfect for the recent cold snaps. One to certainly be savoured and perfect for sharing inside a flavour-packed bubble thanks to its hardy ABV.
