A hazy low strength pale at only 3.6%. Hopped with HBC 586 and Azacca. Flavour bang for your booze buck.
After trusting my faithful fermenter chiller with too much, it went wrong and killed a whole brew. I haven’t been able to trust it fully since, hence the name. This brew was mashed at 71C for a big final body. Dry-hopped at a generous 14g/L with two huge hops. Punchy for its strength.
