Baron Brain Fog
A 3.8% hazy pale, brewed with some controversial hop choices, Sabro and Talus, and some safer names, Azacca and Citra. Tangerine, mango, mint and pineapple aromas.
Mashed really loose and hot, with a small addition of hops in the mash. Cara-gold for sweetness. Citra cryo, Talus and Sabro in the chilled whirlpool. 2g/L Talus and 2g/L Sabro added with the yeast for maximum bio-transformation during fermentation. 5g/L Azacca and 4g/L Citra added later in fermentation.
