Overtone Twilight to Starlight
We wanted to create a twin range of beers inspired by the concept of double albums, two separate beers with the same base but a slightly different twist, both available together to be enjoyed together. Both beers start with the same malt bill and Galaxy and Ekuanot in the kettle before the dry hopping parts their ways. Twilight to Starlight is double dry-hopped with Mosaic hops to add some blueberry and stone fruit notes on top of peach, papaya and citrus notes.

Brewing in Glasgow since 2018, Bowei and Dan quickly established Overtone as the “juice masters” across Scotland and encouraged a new thirst for New England style IPAs. Our emphasis was on producing big, bold flavours, using the highest quality ingredients and generous hop quantities to create the hazy, juicy, drinkable IPAs that would become our cornerstone. When it comes to our unique beer names and designs, we draw upon a shared love of music and the culture of Glasgow - dynamic influences that mirror our beers; fresh, vibrant and always changing.
With an energetic and cultured team at its heart, Overtone are currently on an exciting adventure to expand their community globally with a welcoming ‘beer is for everyone’ attitude.
