A rather more crispy affair this time, still juiced up with our house water chemistry but a lower finishing gravity gives it a more refreshingly crisp flavour profile. The vinous, lemon peel & pleasantly herbal character from the Nelson Sauvin marries up to the ripe orange flesh, papaya & grapefruit flavours of Citra. This is a balanced, refreshing pale which drinks easily. A fresh reminder of gentle summer breezes & warm evening sunlight.
